Harvest — Fresh Vegetables & Groceries

These Terms govern your use of the Harvest mobile application and related services (the "App"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

1. Eligibility & Your Account

• You must be 18 or older to place an order.
• You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to that number secure, and for activity on your account.
• You agree to provide accurate delivery and contact details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address or an unreachable phone number.

2. Orders & Pricing

• Prices, product availability, and delivery slots are shown in the App and may change at any time before you place an order.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Fresh produce is sold by weight or unit as labelled. Because it is a natural product, minor variation in size, weight, colour, and appearance is normal and is not a defect.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed only when we accept it and it appears as Placed in the App.
• We may cancel or refuse an order — for example if items are out of stock, the delivery address is outside our serviceable area, we suspect fraud or misuse, or there has been a pricing or listing error. If you have already paid, the full amount is refunded as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

3. Payments

• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available where shown at checkout.
• If a payment fails or is not confirmed, the order will not be placed. Any amount debited for a failed payment is reversed by the payment provider, normally within 5–7 business days.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel an order at any time before it is marked Out for delivery. Refund timelines and the process for quality complaints are set out in full in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and slots are estimates, not guarantees. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the address and slot you selected. Full details, charges, and serviceable areas are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. Coupons & Offers

Promotional codes and offers are subject to their own stated conditions, including minimum order value and expiry. They cannot be exchanged for cash, may be limited to one use per customer, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. We may cancel an order and reverse a discount where a coupon has been obtained or used abusively.

7. Acceptable Use

Use the App lawfully. Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or to other users' accounts, and do not place orders fraudulently or resell products in breach of these Terms. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its name, logo, content, and design belong to us or our licensors. You may use the App only for its intended purpose of browsing and ordering.

9. Liability

We provide the App and products with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the App (Profile → Delete account), or by emailing us. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect them. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
