Harvest delivers fresh vegetables and groceries directly to your door. This policy explains where we deliver, what it costs, and how long it takes.

1. Where We Deliver

We currently deliver within selected areas of Hyderabad, Telangana. Serviceability is checked against your pinned delivery address when you place an order. If your address falls outside our delivery zone, the App will tell you at checkout and no charge is made.

We deliver only within India. We do not ship internationally.

2. Delivery Charges

All prices shown in the App are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. The delivery charge, if any, is shown separately at checkout before you pay.

3. Delivery Options & Timelines

• Express delivery — where available for your address, we aim to deliver your order the same day, typically within a few hours of it being confirmed.
• Scheduled delivery — choose a time slot at checkout. The slots currently offered are 5–7 PM and 7–9 PM. Available slots are always shown live in the App and may vary by day and demand.

All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Traffic, weather, and produce availability can affect them. You can follow your order's progress in the App, and once a delivery partner is assigned and sharing location you can track them live on the map.

4. Receiving Your Order

• Please make sure someone aged 18 or over is available at the address and slot you selected.
• Keep your phone reachable — our delivery partner may call you on the number registered to your account.
• You can add delivery instructions at checkout (for example a gate code or a landmark), and these are passed to the delivery partner.
• If we cannot reach you or nobody is available, we will attempt to contact you and reschedule. Repeated failed attempts may result in the order being cancelled and refunded under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Payment on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available where shown at checkout. You may also pay online in advance by card, UPI, netbanking, or wallet — processed securely by Razorpay.

6. Order Tracking & Notifications

Your order moves through Placed → Packed → Out for delivery → Delivered, and we send you a notification at each step. You can see the current status any time in the App under Orders, along with your bill or tax invoice.

7. Fresh Produce

We pack fresh, perishable goods to order. Minor variation in size, weight, shape, and colour is normal for natural produce. If anything arrives in poor condition, please tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund it — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
