This Privacy Policy explains how Harvest ("we", "us", "our")
collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the
Harvest mobile application and related services (the "App"). By using the
App, you agree to the practices described here.
Harvest is operated by Vellanki Food Court,
8-55/14/311, Cocacola X Road, Bachupally,
Medchal–Malkajgiri, Telangana 501401, India.

1. Information We Collect
- Account information — when you sign in with your
phone number, we receive that number; your name and email address are
collected if you add them to your profile.
- Delivery address & location — addresses you save and,
with your permission, your device's GPS location to pin your delivery
address on the map and show live order tracking.
- Order information — items ordered, order history,
delivery preferences, and amounts.
- Payment information — online payments are processed by
our payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not
collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details; those are handled
directly by Razorpay. We store only the payment status and a payment
reference ID for each order.
- Device & notification data — a push-notification
token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can send order updates, and
basic device information needed for the App to function.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
- To process, deliver, and track your orders.
- To take payments through Razorpay and confirm them.
- To send order and delivery notifications.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To operate, secure, and improve the App.
- To comply with legal and tax obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only
as needed to run the service:
- Delivery partners — your name, delivery address, and
location are shared with the assigned delivery partner to fulfil your
order.
- Razorpay — to process online payments, subject to
Razorpay's own privacy policy
(razorpay.com/privacy).
- Google Firebase — authentication, database, hosting,
and notifications, subject to Google's privacy policy
(policies.google.com/privacy).
- Legal / safety — where required by law, regulation, or
to protect rights, safety, and prevent fraud.
4. Location Permission
The App requests location access only to detect and pin your delivery
address and to show live delivery tracking. You can decline or revoke this
permission in your device settings; some delivery features may then be
limited.
5. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed
to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, accounting, or
tax requirements. You may request deletion as described below.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections and
access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or
storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
7. Your Rights & Choices
- Access, correct, or update your profile in the App.
- Request a copy or deletion of your personal data (see Section 8).
- Turn off notifications or location in your device settings.
8. Account & Data Deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, email us
at bi.bharan@gmail.com with the
subject "Delete my account". We will verify your request and delete your
personal data within 30 days, except information we must retain for legal,
tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly
collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us
information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be
reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notified
in the App.
