Common help

• Order & delivery issues — email us with your order number (shown on the order in the app).
• Payments & refunds — online payments are processed by Razorpay; refunds for cancelled prepaid orders return to your original payment method within a few business days.
• Delete your account or data — see the section below.

Account & data deletion

This section explains how to request deletion of your data from the Harvest app (published by Vellanki Food Court).

How to request deletion

Option 1 — in the app (immediate):

1. Open the Harvest app and sign in
2. Go to the Profile tab
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account
4. Confirm — your account and personal data are deleted right away

Option 2 — by email: write to bi.bharan@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address or phone number registered with your account. We verify the request and delete your data within 30 days.

Deleting some data without closing your account

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove data:

• Saved addresses & location data — in the app, go to Profile → Manage addresses and delete any address.
• Name or email on your profile — go to Profile, tap the edit (pencil) icon, and clear or change the details.
• Anything else — email bi.bharan@gmail.com telling us which data you want removed. We action verified requests within 30 days and your account stays active.

What is deleted when you delete your account

• Your profile — name, email address, phone number
• All saved delivery addresses and location data
• Your login credentials and account record

What is kept, and for how long

• Order and payment records are retained after account deletion because Indian tax and accounting law requires sellers to keep records of completed sales. These are held for up to 8 years from the date of the transaction, then deleted.
• Retained records are kept only for legal, tax, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes, and are no longer linked to an active account or used to contact you.
• Payment card and UPI details are never stored by Harvest at any point — those are handled directly by our payment processor, Razorpay.
